We were greeted at the door by a respectful very friendly young woman named kirsten, then brought to our nice roomy comfortable booth at the side of the restaurant. we were greeted by our server straight away, Tina, who Brought our first round of drinks. Once we saw the menu we ordered nice and quickly, the menu was quite detailed. Salad and bread was brought to our table and the feast began. when tina brought our food to the table i joked that i might have to take it home. I was able to eat a couple of pieces and she kindly packed the rest up for me.
I enjoyed the NY theme in this resaurant. I will return to this east side mario's often i had a great time and felt like i was a guest in their home.

Went to this restaurant for the first time at lunch time. We had the lasagna, salad and garlic bread. The food was excellent and the staff is friendly and knows how to treat customers. This type of attitude makes you want to go back. We will certainly be telling our friends about this restaurant! Our next visit will be to bring family to eat here again.

Food was excellent! Pizza was delicious and cheeseburger was juicy! Service was decent - they were busy so it's understandable (plus, it's take out, how friendly do you want?)

Service was excellent and the food presentation was that of a class house but with moderate (a pleasant surprise) pricing. My first visit and definitly not my last. It's 1 week later and I'm bringing my family back with me to dine. The rainbow trout grilled in parchment paper was fabulouse and worth reccomending to my gang.

I cater all my functions (Christmas, birthdays, office functions, even a funeral) from Santino's. The odd time when I have ordered elsewhere, my guests complain asking for Santino's. All their food is excellent, but my absolute favourite is the meat lasagna. Josie

Great value good service and good portions.
I often get the pasta package for one, minus the little dessert (way to full for it!!). Its only $15 gets you an entire meal w/ drink too. we always have left overs cuz like most we end up filling up on salad, soup and that yummy warm endless garlic bread! We usually get a side of parm to butter n dip the bread in yum! I often order the pasta with half spicy arabata sauce and half bolognese and add veggies to the dish. Been to multiple locations and they are consistent.

We were there for a family function. We were all surprised at how every single dish that came out was perfectly cooked and tasted so good and was also so beautifully presented. We are still talking about how good the food was this morning!

First visit to this cozy little restaurant where we enjoyed a nice meal on the patio. Food was amazing and service as well. Definitely recommend for a casual night out with family and friends. We ordered the pizzas and grilled calamari as an appetizer. Delish!

The food was great, fresh, tasty, and great prices. It's warm and cozy inside, a great spot for a special dinner. On top of all the food being excellent the staff is also great, they are friendly, genuine, courteous, and make you feel at home. Definitely my favourite restaurant in Toronto.
