i have been using avondale for many years now both personally and for business. the quality of their product and service has made it hard to find a similar store in other cities when needed. lol wishing you good luck to the new owners in their new endeavor.

This is an excellent reliable business. The prices are reasonable and the work first-rate. Upholstery is a dying art, thanks to the flood of cheap furniture. I fully support Frank's high-quality professionalism. This is sustainable enterprise without the hoopla!!

The staff are wonderful. Food is great. Coffee is always full. Buildingbis a little out of date but I'm not there to sight see.

Great little cafe. A bit cramped inside but a varied menu and very reasonable prices.
Probably the best clubhouse sandwich in town, comes with fries for 7.80$. Lunch specials (sandwich usually) also with fries or soup and a drink for 7$. I had the pulled pork sandwich last time, and for being as far away from southern as you can get, it was very good. Meat was moist on a white bun (a must), enough sauce, solid flavour and tangy. Even the cole slaw (I normally don't touch slaw) was excellent with just the right amount of vinegar.
Service is prompt, friendly and attentive.
Excellent breakfast special as well, eggs, bacon/ham, hash browns, toast for around $5.
