Called to make an appointment for an etest, after talking on the phone and settling on a time for the next day I got a call back with an opening for that afternoon, I showed up an hour early and it was taken in right away! Absolutely amazing service! Dr. Paquin was the best, and made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions. The front desk staff was very accommodating & nice to speak to. Because I had such an amazing first experience here, I will not go anywhere else for services for my dog & cat as I know their service level is top. Cannot say enough good things about this establishment and the people that work there. I know my animals will receive the best care there and that gives me peace of mind!

I cannot express enough how amazing these guys are. My system is amazing and if I ever need anything for have a question on how to reset it or clean filter they go through it all over the phone with me and we can always get through it without a service call! I have never had to spend a cent on this system since I got it 8 years ago! Y water is very hard and full of iron… my taps are not suffering anymore at all!!!
