My parents furnace was acting up and I called City Works for them, and they had the furnace back up and running in no time. Very professional service, and the man who came out took the time to answer My dads questions. We were happy to find out that City Works offer a seniors discount too. I have had the pleasure of dealing with this business for approx 5 years now. The owner/operator has been professional and personable. He has explained in detail what he is planning to do to fix the problem and what i can expect after. As well, he allows you to observe the actual work he does and explains his reasoning and actions if and when i have questions. I would highly recommend this shop and owner for all repairs on all makes he feels he can do to ensure my and your satisfaction.

I got 3 quotes on replacing my furnace. I only received a dollar value from the other companies, while Murv took the time to examine everything thoroughly, and seemed more knowledgeable about the work. He made recommendations on improving air flow and efficiency that the others did not, and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. The work was done quickly, neatly, and I couldn't believe the difference in my home afterwards! I was very happy with this transaction.

I live in a rental apartment and there was a flood from the suite upstairs . The bathroom ceiling got damaged and a large water stain on popcorn ceiling in hallway outside of the bathroom, showed up . Brad repaired and painted the bathroom ceiling and fixed the water stain on popcorn ceiling . You can't even tell that either ceiling had water damage . Amazing work Brad, thank you !
