My Samsung fridge was not cooling I asked many other they told me it could be temperature sensor or I need to look at it like anyone would but when I call A1 appliance told him the problem over the phone he said it could be just ice frozen so just unplug it for 24hrs it will fix the problem and it did thank you so much

Andy is a very likable guy who does a great job with re-finishing any type of furniture that you may have. Ive had two jobs that Ive brought to him and I was very satisfied with the work that he did on both of them. He and his wife are very friendly and easy to deal with. I don't usually write reviews, but it seams these days you see so many bad ones I felt I had to write about my experience with Active Electric. I found them online and of course was leary about what I was going to get... BUT not only was Active able to help me with my small bathroom fan issue... they came the same day I called (who does that anymore) and fixed it quick (45min.) even though they had to go purchase a new fan and come back. They were clean and they only charged me for the 45 min not an HOUR like most places wanted to do...
I have since recommended them to my Parents who also used them successfully.
So yay for Active...

Fan in outside AC unit was not running - I thought the motor was dead. Hamid came, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, just needed a new capacitor. Also tested the refrigerant level, was down and needed topping up. All was done in a timely, professional matter and fully explained. He is a true technician, able to diagnose and repair and was able to do what another group failed to do.
