I went to the south calgary store first and had a Leer topper installed. They did a great job and even connected me with their north location (BYRON) at the last minute for a rushed part that I neede. BYRON waited for me before they closed for the day.

I went to get a car wash today, not realizing I had to pay inside before, when I was next in line I realized there was no place to insert my credit card! There were tons of people behind me in lineup as it was a beautiful winter day! I pressed the button for service, not wanting to cause a delay to all these other people. The lady who answered was very friendly and gave me a code without hesitation, even gave it complimentary and reminded me to go inside next time to pay beforehand! Great staff!

I've been taking all my vehicles to Jon since shortly after he opened in 2009. He has always provided me with quality service and helpful advice. I have recommended Airdrie Auto Trends to a lot of my friends as well and they have come away with positive experiences and good things to say about Jon and his workmanship. My RV was broken down at an intersection in cochrane on a busy August weekend. I was being honked at, people were shaking their fists at me (unbelievable), and my girls were sitting at a campground by themselves in Field. I was upset, a little desperate and feeling vulnerable (single lady alone). The Ama driver referred me to JD's auto center that would take me in right away to at least look at it (some i'd called were saying 2 weeks away even to give an opinion!) The mechanic looked at it right away and did some minor repairs/cleaned the fuel filter and sent me on my way without insisting I needed a new fuel pump etc. Ie. He was honest. The shop stayed open a bit later to accommodate me. I know how uncaring people in this world can be these days.... That day reset my faith in humanity and I was on the road that night; made it to Field at dusk to find my 2 frightened, much-relieved girls sitting at a picnic table at dusk. Can't thank you guys enough!!! -Heather

Amazing customer service. Easy from start to finish!! We are now owners of new winter tires and didn't have to pay a small fortune, or wait days to have them put on!!

Been to many shops in Calgary but never been treated as well as I was at miller automotive.. if I need repairs in the furture I will have my truck towed to them to fix it if I can't drive it there.. thanks again miller I will be a returning to you guys from now on..
