First time ordering a disposal bin as we were going through a kitchen reno and the whole process went very smoothly. Great service from the first call to the delivery and pickup, everything was conducted in a timely manor. Very professional, friendly staff takes the time to explain the process. Took me a long time to find someone to help me with the plumbing products, specifically the inside parts for the toilet that keeps coming out and they gave me the wrong size but the good is that it was easy to exchange and when they saw me a bit upset, the chief plumber came and matched the parts I needed with a big smile even though I acted out...I felt like I need to say a good word about them :)

This place is overpriced for what you get. My friend and I shared a light dinner, a glass of wine each and tea, and our bill (with tip and tax) came to $100. I ordered the gnocci in tomato sauce, which was very good, and the bread was tasty. But for a meatless meal with no dessert and no appetizer, the prices are too high. It seems like you're paying for atmosphere. The service was pretty good, but at the end when it got busier we had to signal for service. I think there's better value out there for the money. Seemed like a lot of people there could "expense" their dinners, which explains the crowd.
