I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

I just wanted to say that Factory Tire is the best!!!! I spoke to Sid who was friendly and very helpful in helping me with my car. Kevin did an amazing job in patching my tire! The service was amazing and I even got a cup of coffee! I would highly recommend Factory Tire! These guys rock! Thanks! Tanya ?
