I have been struggling to pay off debts that were mostly over 10 years old. I just couldn't seem to get it together. My favourite florist! I was out of town last week & unable to attend a very emotional & important event. I needed to do something special. Described the situation to Shannon at Flowers by Design, she put my mind at ease & promised to take care of everything. She actually went to another store, purchased the perfect accompanying gift, wrapped it & delivered it along with a beautiful arrangement. Customer service beyond expectations. She is amazing.
