Account was hacked on April 30th - frequent and tiny Visa Debit Purchases wiped out my Account. Card was cancelled, Fraud Department Investigation opened. I had been waiting for a new Card as Clients couldn't pay me as even my PayPal was disabled. Had a balance of $148

KUDOS to Kathy in Victoria at 1-888-472-222 with whom I spoke today (January 4, 2021 just before noon). She is so helpful and efficient, made suggestions and arranged for us to add cell phone service (sim cards on their way). She helped us to get the best price for our bundle (Internet, computer, TV and landline)and is personable and kind even though I explained we are technopeasants, both of us (husband and wife) in our 70s! Skylight is the best Optical service in town. My old eye glasses has a minor problem but is professionally repaired. The staff team is professional, friendly and helpful. I was also given a new and trendy case with an anti fog cloth which helps to stay abstained from fogging for 24 hours with one wipe …… No extra charge! ??????
