Dr. Defalque and his staff are professional, caring and wonderful. He takes good care of our pet Coco which has severe skin allergies. He listens to your concerns patiently, discusses various treatment options and helps you decide on the most optimal course of treatment. Van Gogh Ptg. was originally hired to paint our Langley Travelodge and new Walnut grove pub.They were referred by our contractor, Ray Neeld of Dancor Construction. Eric's work was proven to be of very high standards and reached far beyond our expectations, insisting on best materials and "cutting no corners". We have been going to Winthrope opticians since 2012, when my daughter was just a few months old.
She was diagnosed with a unilateral cataract and needed to be fitted for a silsoft lens around 5 months old.
Needless to say we were anxious and very scared, but Arash’s expertise and knowledge gave us piece of mind during the entire process, including his professionalism, patience and calm manner.

I got my lashes done here and fell in love! I also got a facial done and go to Wink for my eyebrow shaping and lip waxing! They are the best and located in a really cute space in gastown! The girls are really friendly and professional. The owner of the store is super outgoing and fun! Her team is a also a reflection of her! Amazing!

Very friendly and professional team. It was a bit of a wait to get both an ultra sound and x-ray done, but that was not their fault. My doctor made my appointments with them, and I am very happy she did!

I love this place! The staff are amazing, and make you feel SO comfortable. They make every effort to talk to you and explain things in detail if need be. The hygienists are all so gentle, you would never know they were cleaning while they do it. Very trendy location, and decor. Hopefully they get Wi-Fi sometime soon so you can use your phone to watch shows as an alternative to the great TV's they have for each patient room!
