KUDOS to Kathy in Victoria at 1-888-472-222 with whom I spoke today (January 4, 2021 just before noon). She is so helpful and efficient, made suggestions and arranged for us to add cell phone service (sim cards on their way). She helped us to get the best price for our bundle (Internet, computer, TV and landline)and is personable and kind even though I explained we are technopeasants, both of us (husband and wife) in our 70s! Right from the Manager, Rick, other managers, Karen, Paul, etc financial advisors, Andrew, Michael, Best Receptionist Ever, Roxana (sp?), and all the other staff, I can remember some but not all so I don't want to leave anyone out! Everyone knows my name, friendly, will spend any time to help you with whatever you need!

I've been bringing my elderly mother to see the RMT at total care for a while now and both my mother and I are pleased with their service. The RMT is very knowledgeable about his field and is very understanding and respectful of my grandmother's cultural diversity and accommodates her accordingly. He also explains the maintenance exercises and causes of pain very well. I highly recommend total care, especially if you are looking for someone who understands the south Asian culture and language.
