One usually does not go to a hospital to be entertained. Couple of days ago I had hernia surgery. Met everyone involved on a first name basis and shared quite a few laughs. The Surgeon, Dr Kanji, greeted me like I was his long lost friend. OR staff, awesome but lights out. In recovery Armand (SN) excellent funny and courteous. Calling the store by phone was not the greatest but going into the store is pretty great. I been there lots and always had great service and the people are knowledgeable on what they sell, they usually have what I am looking for. One time one of the sales people went far beyond what he had to when I bought a wi-fi extender. He spent 20 minutes explaining everything to me that I did not understand and when I asked if I could call him when I set this up in my house he gave me his personal number.

they were friendly, accomodating, and went way beyond what was required to ensure that i had a good experience. They called to inform me when my insurance rental coverage reached its maximum and the manager called to thank me for using their service the day after i rented the car. they answered all of my questions and there were no hidden charges or surprises along the way. i would come back to this rental service any time. they were amazing. i recomend them to anyone!
