I've tried a ton of different inventory management systems out there and always felt they were too expensive for our small shop - not to mention waaaay too complicated to learn.
We've been using SalesBinder for a little over a month now and absolutely love it. It only took a few minutes to get the hang of how it's supposed to work. Our favorite feature by far is that we can all now access everything from any computer (at home or on the road).

I'm very pleased with the service! They answered the phone within three rings. The technician called me back within two minutes and was at my home in less than an hour. I was thrilled with the fast, courteous response received by the technician from J-Tech. He was capable and quick to recover all the computer's data that was thought to be forever lost!
