Very good staff in Gary and Ria.Bought all my furniture from the Richmond store at a very reasonable price.Delivery was prompt except for Ashley product which took longer to arrive from California. Delivery guys were super helpful with assembling and setting up in the right places.Definetly sending my friends to this store.

Always have all my questions answered when I come in. The owner is knowledgable about the products good at helping you find what you want. There is a $50 membership fee but that goes straight back to you once you purchase something. The website is a good place to start looking for items if you want to bronwse, but the store has much more options. Overall great store and have been coming back for many years now

Great place to go. Had to get my foot x-rayed twice this year and both times the staff were super friendly and and I was quickly in and out of the office. Love the convenicence of their opening hours as I needed to be able to go before work.

Totally disappointed in some of the staff here. Went to have a prenatal ultrasound done with my husband and daughter. I went in first and while they were waiting my daughter was crying and upset wondering where I had gone. The ladies at the front desk glared at my husband and then asked him to leave. Seriously cold and unprofessional
