Rachel and her team offered the most outstanding customer service today. Not only did they take their time to make sure the sizing was going to be the best solution for me for my own ring, when she heard the second ring I was sizing was for my daughter's birthday, she put a rush on the job so that I would have the ring in time for her birthday!!
Rachel answered all my questions and her team took their time making sure that I was well taken care of. Bravo!

I had done duct cleaning with the double diamond. I was not happy with the first service. But the owner had contacted me after wards for the customer satisfaction survey courtesy call and I told him the truth. He came for visit next day and day after he almost redo the whole job by himself. He had gone beyond for that extra mile which would satisfy you of making right choice.
I would say they have good working ethics. When you call, ask for Phil.
