Michael and his team came in and not only corrected the previous contractors mistakes but enhanced the initial design and exceeded our expectations. Our mom has been a resident at Luther Home for over 2 yrs. This home is staffed with very caring,cheerful people. We are always greeted with smiles and nice comments. A yearly family meeting is very informative and held with all her care givers. The meals are very nutritious and well balanced. The facility is clean. There are programs and activities offered.
One could not ask for anything more for their family member.

I called Bison for help on the Sunday evening before thanksgiving. They had an actual technician answer the phone (not an answering service) and was willing to talk the situation through in case he didn't need to come out. I have a boiler, and lots of service people don't do boilers, but he didn't hesitate to assist me, patiently going through the options with me, in a way that I could understand.

We had a major leak in our main water pipe just below the foundation. We called Howell Mechanical and they assessed the break and arranged to have a technician come. The technician was thoroughly professionaland worked quickly to fix the problem. The work was completed in one day and we would not hesitate to call them again. The rates were very reasonable.
