My recent customer service experience at Baroness was wonderful! I was told that they were under new management and could not have been more thrilled. The men were great and extremely helpful. The flowers were beautiful and they went the extra mile for me making sure I loved the flowers. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I have dealt with this company for years, the past and current owners are both incredible ladies to deal with . I recommend this place 120%? you will be amazed by the end product . I was recently looking for some flowers and spotted a new shop
near Terra restaurant.
The new owner (Mauro) was still in the process of setting up his shop, stopped everything to help with my request.
It is my understanding it was a former floral shop and has gone under a huge facelift. The outside and in are beautiful! I would have expected it to be more exspensive.
The bouquet he put together was enjoyed by the recipient and lasted a solid week!
I will definetly be using them again even though I do not live in Thornhill.
