I purchased the ADL Spa hydrotherapy tub from Aquassure Accessible Baths Kelowna in 2012 in order to treat my advanced osteoarthritis. I use it with Epsom salts as soon as I feel any joint pain or muscle tightness and have experienced very positive results. The adjustable massaging jets can be aimed directly over the painful area, and sliding smoothly in and out without any awkward bending and stretching is also a 'joint-saver.' The installation was straightforward and went without a hitch. My new tub is a very reliable and attractive addition to my bathroom. I now can perform my own hydrotherapy WITHOUT LEAVING MY HOME! I have no regrets whatsoever in purchasing this wonderful product. Thank you Aquassure for such a unique invention which helps me live a pain-free life without needing any risky surgery!

We loved living here! There is some
traffic noise from Spall, but the building is very solid, so you never hear your neighbours. The staff in the buildings, Marita and Edna, keep it all in tip top shape and are great to deal with.

Dr Bimal is an amazing Veterinarian. He really cares about the animals. He has a wonderful gentle approach to explaining what he is doing and why.
He was really concerned about the health of my cat when I first brought him in for a check up. Over the next few weeks he kept in contact to check up on our cats condition. Unfortunately we lost our boy that month. Dr Bimal and his team were very kind and compassionate during our difficult time before and after we said goodbye to our beloved cat.

This Chiropractor is the first I have ever experienced that after the few treatments I had, felt like I didnt need to return week after week. She analyzed my situation, and with great care proceeded to work at my problem areas and repair me. It was with great pride to come home to find that our sewer connection to the house was finished. Topsoil was in place . plants replaced, and no soil or sand left on site. I took a look around the neighbourhood in dismay that other contractors had left such a mess for the homeowners to clean up. Approved was very professional in their work and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. The is a West kelowna company that takes great pride in the jobs they do at competitive prices. Great job

My family was really feeling the effects of the destructive windstorm that hit the Lower Mainland. Had a 3-day power outage due to a tree taking out our service line. It was difficult to access with their aerial lift truck, especially on a dark and rainy night, but they got everything in working order real quick. Lots of respect to these guys for their hard work and long hours while away from their families during the holidays.

I've known Andy (Owner) for 5 years now and he has been my mechanic since moving to the Okanagan. He has always been straight forward, friendly, honest, reasonable in his pricing and has never screwed me over. This is a busy little shop and for good reason, so be reasonable and patient. I have recommended him to several friends and colleagues without hesitation. No complaints from any of them.

I had a package shipped up to me, and I ended up putting in the wrong postal code. Tracking it online told me Vernon. Calling around to both post offices in Vernon, and several in Kelowna (because my address was a Kelowna one) didn't give me any helpful information. I called this office once, and they took my number and ended up finding it for me later that day and calling me. Super helpful staff, and I'm tempted to just order to Armstrong all the time for the service alone.
