I encountered Alexander about 4 years ago when I started experiencing severe neck and back pains from work and competitive dancing. Great experience, they fixed an electronic issue where my car just wouldn't start. And they called me a week later to ensure if everything is fine! BMW dealership never did that follow up.
Highly recommend to all BMW owners, especially if your car is no longer covered under warranty. Much better deal and cost savings with all OEM parts. Plus you don't have to put up with the snobbish attitude of certain service advisors at the BMW dealership

Hi I recently visited my grandparents resting site after 20 years as I live overseas. I got the address from my uncle and rented a car . The place was very inspiring and well maintained went i arrived and it didn't feel like a cemetery indeed... or at least like how they normally are. The office were very helpful in getting the details of the location and after some hot coffee, we were escorted to the site. They left us alone and I thanked them. thank you Highlands !!
