I had been experiencing issues with my BMW 328I for a couple of years. It was to the point that I was ready to sell it after repeated visits to a number of mechanics in the area who could not diagnose or fix the problems. EXCELLENT customer service, needed an emergency windshield replacement and they got it done within a few hours, even drove down to Toronto in order to get the windshield we needed. Highly recommend, very friendly staff.

Called Central Lock to help me with my new key fobs which anther company was unable to get working for me. Was able to come down to their business within an hour and in ten minutes i was on my way with working key fobs. Than you Central Lock for your excellent service. Frank

My wife and son had a tire blow out on hwy 400, and after calling for her auto service she called me to ask me where to go, I was at a meeting in Newmarket and I went on the AP from Yellow Pages that was on my blackberry and found this place right away. They had the tire that she needed within two hours, and were able to accommodate me over the phone when I felt helpless in this situation. We may live in Toronto, but I will be recommend that the service they provide is worth the drive.
