I was surprised, and skeptical, to read the review in which the poster claimed to have been charged for work not done. Ive used Ralphs for over 30 years, and my parents for longer than that, and their work is top of the line. The prices are a bit steep, but, hey--one gets what one pays for. I unreservedly recommend this business to anyone who needs leather goods, and/or shoes and boots repaired.

I returned home from my vacation to find the connection to my toilet tank had broken and my basement was flooded!! I called Circle Property Services and they came to my rescue. Each and everyone that I dealt with was professional and friendly. Thank you everyone at Circle for turning a difficult situation into the pleasure of meeting so many nice people doing a great job.
