I’ve had a great experience. I came a bit early because I haven’t been here before and they took my car early to get finished early so I can go about my day. I was greeted right away by Quaisom (service reception) and it continued to be a good experience. James and Sandy were also very good.

I have been dealing with this dealership for 12 plus years, I just bought my second vehicle there and once again I am extremely pleased with their service. Michael Buttery was most helpful and a pleasure to deal with, also the service department gave me excellent service for 12 years, I am looking forward to our continued relationship.

Excellent service! We had a check engine light come on as we came back into Canada, traveling home from Florida. An after hours call to Downtown Mercedes had us connected within a couple of hours to Clive Cheung, a service advisor at Downtown Mercedes in Toronto. He brought us in the next morning without an appointment and saw to it that our vehicle was serviced promptly. We had it back the next day, after my Toronto meeting, and we were able to continue our travels without delay.
