Called for mouse control. Gentleman was very educational, willing to answer my questions and take me on his inspection. He was very knowledgeable - showed me where the entry points were and filled them in as he went.
Not only that but he showed up early and was able to do the inspection and work on the same day I called.

I started my morning at the buttcrack of dawn with a missed flight and locking my keys (as well as my wallet) in my car. It was definitely a crummy start to Easter Sunday. After trying to use a coathanger and a few choice words I threw in the towel and decided to call for help. I figured it was a holiday and a Sunday so I'd be waiting awhile. To my pleasant surprise Rob showed up within 15 minutes after my phone call. He was personable, efficient and professional and I really apreciated it!

I had 2 insurance brokerages shopping around for commercial coverage on a property I own- HUB International was one of them. Kirtis (at HUB) explored all options and advocated on my behalf for lower deductibles. Compared to the Edmonton brokerage also insuring the property, his communication was clear and concise and he followed through on what he said he would do. I would highly recommend this brokerage! This is our main branch and we like the hours, the great customer service, and the awesome parking. Our financial advisor here is fantastic. You do need to phone ahead but that is the norm now.
