My name is Carol Miller. I began going to NOSL approx. 3 years ago. It's the best present I could have given myself. You are greeted so warmly as soon as you enter the establishment. Customer Service is of prime importance to not only the owner/operator, but all of her staff. They answer any questions and take their time, so you are comfortable.

Oh my gosh is all I can say. What a beautiful experience this was right from the telephone conversations…to walking into their showroom and meeting Theresa … to having the screens installed on our French doors … that enter on to our patio … and what a beautiful job done by Glen!!!! and the screens fit perfectly and we love them ….we were so fortunate they had just what we wanted in stock and as luck would have it all was bought and installed within 5 days. New to Enderby. Staff and pharmacist are very friendly. Store is clean and follow COVID-19 protocol. The prices are fair and competitive. They have a nice selection of gifts too that are fairly priced for a small town. Intend on doing some Xmas shopping there.
