Exceptional service. Bright clean and very 'positive' atmosphere. Everyone wears a sincere smile and makes you feel part of the family. I like that. Courtney the best concierge ever! I was driving a 2013 Kia Rio and absolutely loved it! after driving it for 2 years and the over 240,000 KMs from the previous owner I did have to say goodbye to it. I came to applewood looking for the exact same vehicle, model and color and to my surprise John had my Exact car on the lot!
