I was just out last weekend and was very pleased with the service received on all accounts. The staff member answered my questions clearly, he put down what he was involved in and proceeded to take care of the issues I had very quickly and efficiently. The clerks at the front were pleasant and one young lady even assisted me to take my purchases out to the car and helped unload, without even asking! So I will be returning in the future! Thank you for a positive shopping experience!

Took me a long time to find someone to help me with the plumbing products, specifically the inside parts for the toilet that keeps coming out and they gave me the wrong size but the good is that it was easy to exchange and when they saw me a bit upset, the chief plumber came and matched the parts I needed with a big smile even though I acted out...I felt like I need to say a good word about them :)

On Feb. 7th. 2017 I got pinned under a tree and could not get out but my new 390 Husquvarna kept running but was 6ft away. After struggling for 30 minutes I was able to break a small limb off the tree, pull the chainsaw to me and cut the top off the tree. I drove the tractor home and then drove to the Smith Falls Hospital where I was treated for broken bone in the left hand, cracked tibia and cut to the right temple (helmet was broken). Thank God my Husquvarna kept running.
