Excellent and honest service. I was rolling the dice taking my car to a service outfit I never used before, but I had two separate problems (both my heating system and AC system) fixed by them with no expensive surprises. Josh was very good to deal with. Only quibble is the courtesy cars leave something to be desired.

GREAT QUICK SERVICE!!! I was stuck in the middle of the busiest intersection behind a light and my car shut down with no hazard signal!!! I received a lot of angry faces. But I called Benjamin Auto Towing right away and they came all the way from Coquitlam to maple ridge! Right on time and as fast as they could. The best service in town!!! call them if your stuck in a hurdle!!!

This was my third and fourth time in having Bill fix my 2000 Cavalier. He came to my house and replaced my fuel pump and then later in the week, I needed to have a brake line replaced and Bill came to my place on Sunday to fix it. Yes, he works seven days a week!

Quick, efficient service when I rented a vehicle over the weekend. I didn't fill up the car which I was just being lazy, so I paid a higher rate for fuel, but this was explained at the time of picking up the vehicle so no surprises there. Great vehicles, friendly staff and excellent service! Would recommend this company to others.

Low cost garage helped me a great deal. They pushed my truck by hand for a block when I was in trouble from out of town . They quickly found the problem and fixed it in short order even though they had other work pending.Dharm and his men saved my bacon as I needed to get back to Nelson very helpful and professional shop

I was looking to install a specific part on my car and none of the Ladner automotive shops would help me, as I purchased the part myself. I called Aaron's Automotive earlier in the week and spoke to Richard. He said he would try and get me in later in the week, which he did. Well that was easy! We got more than we asked for at the price we wanted and the process was transparent and pleasant. We were working with Shawn and Shamal and they were lovely. Shawn went and grabbed another vehicle from another lot as he had a hunch that was the one for us - and turns out he was right! It was refreshing to deal with sales people who were upfront and honest, especially after seeing a fair bit of the opposite at other dealerships beforehand. 5 stars, highly recommend!
