I started training at F45 Tecumseh in July of 2019 and it has been a safe haven for me and many other people.
The coaches are fantastic, they always push you to do your best and work your hardest during a workout. With Covid they have gone above and beyond to make everyone safe by following all precautions necessary. Very thankful this year for this community

I cannot say enough about the people at Safe Guard, Windsor! We moved to the area in March and part of our agreement was to have monitoring through Safe Guard, I was skeptical. From the first interaction, it has been amazing! Every person I have talked to is wonderful, happy, helpful and efficient. Their prices are beyond fair. We have had 3 minor service calls (2 were our fault) since installation and it's never an issue.
Thanks you for being such a great business, its rare!
