Terrific in all aspects! Great communication throughout order, waiting for, and getting the part i needed! They were able to get me in the next day as well! Found myself actually just standing and chatting because everyone was so friendly! Absolutely awesome!

A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.
