Once again experience & professional staff yield real dividends. We had our winter tires installed yesterday and prior to doing so we enquired about the life expectancy of winter tires since we have been using the same winter tires for 5 years .Based on the miles driven and the manner in which the tires are stored during the summer (Xtreme Tire)we were assured that all was in order. I found Dr. Hong on Google and met with him twice before finally going under a needle. My meetings were short but informative. The surgical staff was friendly and helpful.
