A review comprises of the overall shopping and customer service experience. I must applaud the team working at NO Frills (Harvard Road, Guelph) on Tuesday evening 29 December 2020 for assisting me in restarting my car in the bitter cold of -10 C. My car battery refused to work and I asked for help from the customer service. In no time a team of young employees got together and helped to resolve the difficult situation ensuring my safe return home. Thankyou one and all you were all amazing.

Handy location, good selection, wish you would stock POWDERED cold water tide and think about alternative grocery bagging to possible paper bags instead of plastic

Their produce is always good.
Prices are low.
If you want something they don't stock they will try and bring it in for you!
The owners don't sit in the office. You will find them stocking shelves or on the floor.

Very clean store, great products especially all fresh food, nice display and friendly staff. The bakery is exceptional. Sometimes prices are higher than other stores.

I find the staff here really good with a couple staff members being exceptional. To be greeted by name when I arrive is service I don't get anywhere else.
