I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service and the above and beyond commitment that cobra has for it customers. I bought a new Traeger Ironwood 650 and after the first use had the paint pealed. After telling the staff at cobra what had happened, they immediately followed up with Traeger, and called me back the same day to assure me that I could pick up a new grill without issue. Thank you again for the great service and prompt response to my issues. Highly recommend them!!!

My work at heights training in Barrie was well taught and was completed within a day. In three years when the card is set to expire, build with safety will automatically notify me to come back in to complete a working at heights refresher. They are COVID compliant and were very concerned with my safety. I was happy with my experience, and the trainer was very enthusiastic about answering all my questions. I am very happy with the service from this company, from the Sales Rep who always keep me updated on any new products arriving that will be more useful, the Service Manager making sure all the products are in good working conditions, the Delivery Drivers, that goes over and beyond their job, of taking the time to make sure your product is on time, calling their customer if they are being late. The drivers are so friendly, helpful & patience.

I made a reservation but had to change to Richmond Hill location due to time. Was dropped off at Hwy 7/Leslie. It was 5:30pm and they close at 6pm. Provided my reservation information to Rodney. No record of reservation and that location did not provide unlimited mileage to the US. My phone was almost dead. I needed a car as we were leaving that night. Amazingly, Rodney made a call and arranged for another company to pick me up from there and he even waited after 6pm. Thank you Rodney.
