We used Dena Buss as our realtor for purchase of a town home in 2018 and of a detached home in 2021. I can't not say enough about how great Dena was. The service from Mr Coverall was excellent from beginning to end. They were the best quote we got after getting 3. They set up a time to come within a few days. They followed up several time to check if everything was confirmed and also after the awning was put in. The 2 men who came to put up the awning were fast efficient and very friendly. And they did it all while it was pouring rain!! We would highly recommend MR coverall!! Thank you for an amazing job! We love our new awning:)

LG refrigerator stopped working, I called LG and they recommended this business. I called Universal for the repair and they recommended I contact LG for an extended warranty. LG set a date for the repair but Universal called me to give me an earlier date. Serviceman came, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and replaced the fridge condenser. He tested the repair thoroughly before he left.
