All of our encounters with any of their staff have always shown them to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with us as we raised various questions and concerns. They really go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and well taken care of. Supreme service and extremely satisfied.

Delivered our spa on time and as promised AND have been quick with the turn around on warranty work. PLUS an incredibly knowledgeable woman doing their water testing. She does it right in front of you using titration methods so I know I can trust the numbers. Plus they dont push any magic elixers. Just the chemicals you really need, even if Im using the Trouble Free Pool approach which really cuts down on the high-margin products I might otherwise buy.

Mira has a vast knowledge of skin care. I tried the scalp treatment for my psoriasis. The Moor mud, shampoo, and vitamin B spray have definitely made a difference in my symptoms. I would recommend this to psoriasis sufferers.
