The customer service at this store is just beyond perfect! I can't imagine any shoe repair store that is better than this location. Not only do they do an AMAZING job on the shoe repair, but they also fix watches, bags, and boots. They can also make key replicas and add more holes to your belt! There is also a variety of shoe products that can be provided! The owner is a very hardworking man and I even happen to pass by his store one time at 2am to find him still working in the store!

I've had a few things done. Fixed shoes, purse and guitar strap. Overall very pleased with the work done. A bit in the expensive side and you have to pay up front but I save a lot of money and it keeps things out if landfill. I support local businesses and would definitely recommend this one. Sadly, it's getting harder and harder to find decent shoe repair places even as the shoes are being made lower and lower quality.
