In the last 10 years, I have gone through a lot of pharmacies. However, I have been going to this pharmacy in the last 4 years and they are a very amazing team. They are very professional yet friendly and compassionate. They always follow up on any issues or concerns and make sure that the customer is satisfied with their service and that their needs are met. Most of the people who write reviews are dissatisfied. However, recently, I had excellent service at the Shoppers Drug Mart at Parkgate in North Vancouver. I received more support at Shoppers in one hour, than I had received from the pharmacy I had gone to for 30 years. The team at Parkgate were able to negotiate a complex change in the medical coverage provided by my former employer. I am so glad I switched to this Pharmacy.
