So I tore my favorite pair of rip-stop cargo work/hiking/everyday pants. Realized I had 3 other pairs that just needed hemming, I said what the heck. Marie provided speedy, double-stitched repairs and called the day after a holiday to say they were ready. No hesitation in recommending this service.

Melia was at the front desk both times I had to go in and while waiting I witnessed her deal with several customers who were angry. She was so professional and responded in a professional, sympathetic manner. Each time reassuring the customer that she would do her best to fix the problem. When I was up, she was, again, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She even took the time to look up my account and help me save some money. I have shopped at the tea centre since it opened. Marny & Susan carry a wonderful variety of tea. Even if you have a special blend they will mix it for you. The store is always a pleasing place to shop and the staff are very helpful. wonderful teas, lots of cups, teapots and extras to go along with your next afternoon tea! V
