I came in to have a hitch installed, and the young lady was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the order later, but she was still very nice about it. Very professional and friendly customer service.

Had a leaky tire this morning. My first call was to Kal Tire, and they told me to drop off the vehicle for the day and come back in the late afternoon. This wasnt an option for me.
Then called OK Tire and had a most pleasant fellow tell me to come on down and theyll get it fixed up right away. They sure did! 10 mins in and out and super friendly, helpful service. They saved the day!! Mostly the day before a long weekend. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Honest, fair, knowledgeable, trustworthy, respectful and a man of integrity. Rick knows his stuff and will treat you well. He wont sell you anything you dont need. My family and I have been taking our vehicles to R & L Automotive for years as we wont trust anyone else with them. I am confident there is nothing he cant do or a problem he cant diagnose.
