I was contacted very professionally and got an appointment with Eddy, he gave the warmest and most professional welcome ever. We sat down and he offered us a drink before anything then started explaining the whole process to us. That’s when I told him I have very bad and poor credit but he did not put me down nor make me feel bad. Very professionally he said , don’t worry I’m here to do my best. And that he did. I would like to say I had the most wonderful experience purchasing a used car from Keith on Sunday. I received an immediate phone call from Keith when I email Car Guru. He was very honest and upfront and answered all my questions or concerns I had regarding the vehicle. He did not pressure me at any point to purchase to vehicle.
