Chandra. Is. Amazing. Period. My uncle and dad introduced me to his business. I have been going for oil changes and have had various problems looked at over the last 3 years or so, including brakes and check engine lights. He has also inspected a vehicle I was selling and barely charged. He NEVER overcharges and he is always fast and reliable he won’t fix things that don’t need fixing but he does extras without piling on cost. An honest honourable reliable place to take your car!!

once again Richard saves the day! Had my Tiguan in for oil change and check engine light FLASHING !!!! Scary! FIXED ! And through all this nasty cold snap (longest since 1998-and not done yet) she has amazed me just by starting! I am so glad to have a trustworthy mechanic who knows what to look for and how to solve problems !

It is always pleasure to deal with Aaron, Pat, and all of the people at Sorrento Tire Craft. Every time I bring my trucks in for service (tires, oil changes, no starts, etc.) they always get me up and running. I have always had great service and value from these guys and always feel like a valued customer/client. I recommend these guys to everyone I can as they do a great job and stand behind their work. I had them.come over and do a garage door service. Tech was here on time, courteous and friendly. The job was done in 30 minutes. The price was fair. I will deal with this company again.

I really cant recommend this business enough. I have been taking every vehicle Ive owned here, and they are consistently pleasant to deal with, quick to service, and great at communicating. They will break down every item thats needed on the car, and give you all the possible options. I have a road trip tomorrow, and they were able to scan my car and resolve the issue right on the spot- free of charge!

Wow, Jays.. What can we say - he was a Godsend! Canada Day long weekend, on our way to my grandpas funeral and our van broke down in Kamloops. Canadian Tire couldn’t help, but they gave us Jays number. It seemed like the chances were slim that it would get fixed in time. But Jay was determined and got us on the road in time!! SO glad to have Jay in our corner!!

Great staff here!! This is the only place I have taken my car but when I went for my 3rd oil change, I could not find my punch card that was punched twice already and they would not punch the new card to reflect the two that were on my other card and also told me that their computer system did not show that I had been there..... having said that I am on my way there this morning as this is the only place that I have taken my car to.
