I decided to come here for the first time when I got interested in the Explorer. From the start I was greeted by friendly faces at the door and felt very welcome. After doing most of the work over email, Scott showed me all of the features in great detail and made sure I was comfortable before leaving. I would easily recommend these guys.

GREAT place with satisfactory service at a great PRICE! For these reasons, I always prefer and I also tell all my friends/colleagues to take their cars and trucks to the Classified auto. Whenever I had any problems with my 2 cars such as general maintenance and more critical problems with my Toyota Camry, they fix them quickly and I'm happy with the service. The entire experience from start to finish was seamless! Mark is amazing and went above and beyond to process my claim and get my car in and out super fast. The technicians are extremely talented and I couldn't believe they got the dents out! I had 3 dents in and awkward spot on my car (on the frame above the rear passenger door) and have no idea how they got there. Nevertheless i am extremely happy with the customer service and the entire process. I can't say enough good things! Thank you guys!
