They found some rot in my roof, photographed it and replaced the plywood at no cost. My roof looks great! They cleaned up everything and even took away some junk at no cost! Fan in outside AC unit was not running - I thought the motor was dead. Hamid came, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, just needed a new capacitor. Also tested the refrigerant level, was down and needed topping up. All was done in a timely, professional matter and fully explained. He is a true technician, able to diagnose and repair and was able to do what another group failed to do.
