He charges whatever his suppliers charge, adding any cross-border dollar conversions & shipping charges. The final price works out as a savings, because all these US/CDN interactions are taken care of.

I had an issue with my water softener and went into the store for advice. The guys were amazing. They told me what the issue was, showed me how to fix it and supplied the parts. They came through for me when I was in time sensitive situation. I cant thank them enough.
