I couldnt get my gas fireplace to light. The CustomComfort team was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and arranged to order a replacement part. They replaced the part, cleaned up afterwards and left the fireplace not only working, but looking better than it had before. I was very impressed with them, would use them again, and would highly recommend them!

I highly recommend this place for your furniture and appliance needs . Lori and her staff are very friendly, helpful and understanding to.your needs. I first rented an item when I was a single mom on my own and they were very helpful. And many years later still a customer and recommend to friends and family. From start to finish, Puro Clean helped to solve the damage caused by a flood, and further assisted us with our extended renovation. All the professionals involved were excellent, helpful, and respectful of our home. It felt like they cared about the end result and were willing to consider all angles, and alternatives to help make it the best results possible. We would consider this company for further renovations.

I recently had Rob alter a picture for me that had a real crappy background, of a hydro field. The picture was myself and 3 brothers riding horses and in a line side by side. Rob looked for and found a new background photo of some trees and behind them a mountain rangeand beautiful sky. It fit perfect and made the picture look absolutely fabulous. His detail to taking us from the 1 photo to the other was unbelievable. You would never know the picture taken where he changed it to.

Back when I lived in Barrie, I always made a point of stopping in frequently to see what was new... They always added to what they had on a daily basis... Always found great deals, got fair value on trade ins and of the hundreds of items I purchased, I never had a problem returning an item that had an issue... I was not looking for friends there, but it got to the point where they knew me well. Great atmosphere.
