We had Don of Hudson Bay Charters haul our boat from storage near Chemainus down to the dock in Ladysmith. It was very tight due to another vehicle parked in the way but he skillfully and patiently maneuvered his truck until he was able to get it safely out of there. We really appreciate his ability and friendly manner. We will hire him again anytime!!

Both the Customer Care Rep, Melissa, and the Audiologist, Lindsey, were welcoming and friendly. I could not get my ears tested on my first visit because of impacted wax. They advised me on what to do before getting my ears flushed at a local clinic, and patiently rebooked my appointment. Eventually, I was able to get the tests done and earned 150 AirMiles, too. Each time I was there, I was treated like a valued client. I would definitely recommend NexGen Hearing!

I have had an amazing experience with Nexgen Hearing. After trying hearing aids ten years ago, and not liking them, I was pleasantly surprised by the improved technology. I have been working with Chris, and have found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and a caring partner in finding the best hearing solution for me. With improved hearing, I feel younger!! Don't know what happened to generate the negative review I saw here - when I went in yesterday to replace my lost/stolen Driver's Licence I needed no appointment, there was no line-up, the service was charming and super-efficient. Can't say enough nice things - thank you!
