Ive been searching for a part for my car everywhere and finally found it here ! The guy in the store was so helpful and so excited to help me out! He seemed to be working alone for the day and had a-lot on his hands but dropped everything to help me. I seen his storage area and he has a huge supply. Very pleased with the kindness and customer service.

A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away.

Excellent service from the parts department as they worked to get me the best price possible on the parts I needed. The mechanics did exceptional work identifying the problem and fixing the airflow issue and I left not having to pay a dime! Good job, Ford in Lac La Biche!

This business helped me lots! They were very informative. I didn't feel as though they were taking advantage of me because I am a girl, and lack knowledge on cars.
