Even though I didn't find the dress I chose at Paula's Elegant Bride, what stood out to me was the wonderful customer service. Kate was a pro. She was fun, helpful and the kind of person that makes you feel like she has the time to help you, without being at all pushy. I really loved the dresses she helped me find and although I ended up buying the 'one' elsewhere, her service deserves a big shout out. Thank you, Kate!

We had a horrible experience two doors down at Annettes Bridal having booked an appointment knowing we are looking for plus size dresses & then showing up and them having non at all to try on. So we went a few doors down to Balletts Bridal & they saved the day!!! They were so amazing and helpful with a great selection of plus size dresses to choose from! Staying late to make sure our first dress experience was a fantastic one not only did my sister say yes to the dress I also found mine as well!

I just moved here from Toronto and I was very nervous about having my clothes altered by someone whom I didn’t know, or whose work I was not familiar with. I was so happy I found this wonderful seamstress whose skill with alterations became quickly evident after I picked up my clothes. I am so grateful to have someone I can trust with my garments. You will not be disappointed!

What a wonderful surprise! After dress shopping all day in Toronto, Scarborough and London Ontario, my mother suggested Lindsay Bridal Studio at home. It was warm, inviting and Darlene was absolutely fantastic! I told her my budget was under 1000, she found me my dream dress for 500 dollars!! I would highly recommend going there! Darlene made my dreams come true and under budget!
