Integrated Therapies has been my go to massage location for several years (maybe 15+). My most recent appointment was with therapist Orathai, who is a phenomenal masseuse. A right shoulder injury that has bothered me for over 18 months feels like it melted away after Orathai’s deep massage techniques.

Justin is a great trainer and a great individual to deal with. He has an online program that is very accommodating and he has a private gym that can be used individually or with a small group. Dr. Ashim Goswami came to the rescue when I had a dental emergency on the long weekend. He took the time out of his day off to help with my dental emergency. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the upcoming plan and that all my questions and concerns were answered.
