Dr Bimal is an amazing Veterinarian. He really cares about the animals. He has a wonderful gentle approach to explaining what he is doing and why.
He was really concerned about the health of my cat when I first brought him in for a check up. Over the next few weeks he kept in contact to check up on our cats condition. Unfortunately we lost our boy that month. Dr Bimal and his team were very kind and compassionate during our difficult time before and after we said goodbye to our beloved cat.

CMHA is like my second home. I have a lot of friends there, who are like family to me. We have awesome activities, outings, camping trips, and educational programs that are really helpful in improving health and lifestyles in general. We have a lot of fun even during coffee time, whether we are volunteering or just there to enjoy a hot drink and the company of others. The staff are wonderful; encouraging us to participate in events. They are easy to talk to and open to suggestions for activities

It was with great pride to come home to find that our sewer connection to the house was finished. Topsoil was in place . plants replaced, and no soil or sand left on site. I took a look around the neighbourhood in dismay that other contractors had left such a mess for the homeowners to clean up. Approved was very professional in their work and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. The is a West kelowna company that takes great pride in the jobs they do at competitive prices. Great job

I purchased the ADL Spa hydrotherapy tub from Aquassure Accessible Baths Kelowna in 2012 in order to treat my advanced osteoarthritis. I use it with Epsom salts as soon as I feel any joint pain or muscle tightness and have experienced very positive results. The adjustable massaging jets can be aimed directly over the painful area, and sliding smoothly in and out without any awkward bending and stretching is also a 'joint-saver.' The staff was extremely friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable, explaining each process and making my comfort a high priority.
